About Us

Brian is a co-founder of WaV Sports & Entertainment and manages the Sports Marketing Agency division of the company.  He brings 25+ years of agency and professional sports management leadership experience as well as a decade of CFO experience.  Brian is a graduate of Ottawa University and is currently a Masters candidate at the University of Kansas.

Dean is a co-founder of WaV Sports & Entertainment and manages the Sports Management division of the company.  Dean has a wealth of management experience as a former coach with the Minnesota Vikings and the former head of operations of two prominent sports tech companies.  Dean holds a Master’s in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin.

Marshall is a transactional attorney, corporate executive, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of legal and business experience specializing in the areas of sports, entertainment, licensing, telecommunications, and various software technologies.  He provides management, oversight, and leadership for WaV.  Marshall graduated from Syracuse University College of Law

Michael is a skilled attorney with 20+ years of experience delivering legal, risk and organizational advice. He served for 21 years as Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu where he built, led and directed a highly skilled team of attorneys and support staff.  Michael is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law.

Brooke is a seasoned sales executive who has led sales teams on properties such as the NFL Alumni and Premier Boxing Champions. Prior to devoting her career to sales Brooke experienced almost every facet of the sports marketing agency industry and excels at collaborating with the various other divisions at WaV. Brooke is a graduate of Western Governors University.

Devon is a consummate professional sales executive who has led sales teams on properties such as the NFL Alumni and the Hall of fame Village.  In addition to his sales prowess, Devon has broadcast and media experience which makes him an invaluable asset when working with WaV’s media division.  Devon is a graduate of Auburn University.

Beasley Reece has been the CEO of the NFL Alumni since 2018. He has spent his time leading the non-profit efforts of the NFL Alumni, creating new initiatives to help further the mission of "Caring for Kids" and "Caring for Our Own". Reece is also a 5 time Emmy award winning broadcaster and is a member of the Broadcast Pioneers of Philadelphia Hall of Fame. He also had a long NFL career after graduating from the University of North Texas.

Jay has 20 years of serving customers in the global finance construction industry through project acquisition, management, sales and full economic development planning. He has been successful in building, establishing and nurturing strategic business relationships with a focus on revenue generation. Jay is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

Ken is a former Fortune 500 senior executive at Hewlett  Packard, HPE, & Avaya who also served in key positions at Nectar Services Corp. as Chief Revenue Officer.  Ken has extensive knowledge of how to transform direct/indirect business models and sales teams to take advantage of market opportunities. Ken is a graduate of West Charter University of Pennsylvania.

A three-time Super Bowl Champion and five-time Pro Bowl player, Bart enjoyed an elite career in the National Football League.  Following his All-American days at  Brigham Young University, Oates obtained his law degree from Seton Hall University. Bart Oates remains a member of the New Jersey Bar  Association and practiced law prior to being elected to his current position of President of the NFL Alumni  Association.

Perry is a two-time Super Bowl Champion and a former  NCAA Track Champion and a two-time World Record Holder. Perry has developed education, character, team building & leadership programs over a 30+ year period, impacting the lives of over 3 million youth, collegiate & professional athletes, and corporate executives.  He holds a Masters's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Tracy has worked for the Minnesota Vikings for 14+ years where she is now the Alumni Affairs Coordinator.  She started with the Vikings in the office of the Vice President of Legal Affairs & Chief Administrative Officer later working directly with the Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer.  Tracy is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University.
